Would you believe it? The third edition is already here... doesn't seem like a few weeks since the first! Please check out the new edition and let us know your thoughts. Fancy writing an article? Get in touch and we can give you all the support you need. Email [email protected]
After the success of the first issue, the second has now gone live with more pages, more reviews, and now also an interview! Please check out the 'magazine' section of this site to see it.
Please let us know if you like/dislike any part of the magazine, and contact us if you want to help us write issue 3! The second edition of the HaemTrainee magazine is being put together as I type, and is due to hit the metaphorical shelves within the next few weeks. If you are interested in contributing to the issue in any way, please get in touch with me on [email protected] and we can continue to keep this magazine your magazine.
The first issue of the Haem Trainee has finally arrived after many months of planning, and the hard work of several individuals. This issue is just the beginning - we have plans to expand and improve on the range of articles presented, but for this we need your help. Please consider writing an article for the magazine if you can think of an interesting topic relevant to your Haem Trainee colleagues, or if you know of an inspiring consultant who you could interview, etc. Get in touch if you have any ideas, or want to write but need to discuss things first; but most of all, please enjoy this magazine and let us know what you think.
Joel We are nearly there.... start the drumroll.... the first edition of the Haem Trainee has gone to press, and will be uploaded to this site within the next 2 weeks. All Haematology trainees in the UK should receive a copy via email, but if you don't, email me and I'll add you to the mailing list for next time. Exciting times!
It has been a long time from the inception of this idea to making it a reality, but all the hours put into this project have been worthwhile. I hope you all manage to get something out of the HaemTrainee, either for yourself or others. If you don't, please contact me and consider contributing articles yourself. This really is to become a community project for HaemTrainees.
